Cleartrip — Refund Status Update

I have booked my ticket since december, i was supposed to take flight on my march 27th however due to covid -19 lockdown started so i decided to cancel my ticket and requested for refund. According to my clear trip account the refund will take place by may 10th but unfortunately i could never reach your contact support numbers. We agreed this refund back so we hope this could be refunded at the soonest as we are having financial contraints at this time due to no work no pay. Please i would appreciate if this can reach you and arrange the refund as soon as possible.
