Cleartrip — Request for full refund against PNR JFDCHE

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to inform you that due to the rescheduling of my flight, I cancelled my ticket with the expectation of receiving a full refund of Rs. 14, 099. However, while the complete amount (Rs. 14, 099) was transferred by Indigo to Cleartrip, I have received only Rs. 12, 349 in my account.

I kindly request you to review this discrepancy and arrange for the transfer of the remaining balance at the earliest.

Please let me know if any further information is required from my side to process this request.
