After booking the flight and making payment through UPI, we have received a message on your website stating "your itinerary has expired". Considering this to be accurate, I relogged into the Cleartrip website, selected the same itinerary again, and made UPI payment but again the same message appeared. Then I had doubts, and I checked my WhatsApp and mail and I discovered that two sets of tickets had been booked in our name. From UPI, also money has been deducted twice. I consider this as fraud or your system's failure, I want you to cancel the first booking under our name and give me a full refund. The booking id of the two bookings referred to above is given below,

Looking forward to your kind support for the refund of the full amount for the first booking, otherwise I will be compelled to write about the incident on various Social websites, including your Facebook page. Also, in the future, the incident will prevent me from buying tickets from Cleartrip.
