Cleartrip — SpiceJet Air Ticket cancellation refund | |
We had booked SpiceJet flight for Mumbai to Delhi sector on 3rd June 2021 (PNR U83WXY). Our tickets were booked via Cleartrip online portal. Due to changes in flight schedule, SpiceJet airlines had provided cancellation and refund option. It has been 1 month now but still now Cleartrip has not refunded the ticket cancellation charges whereas the same has already been processed by SpiceJet. After repeated calls and follow-up with Cleartrip, we are not receiving any honest and straightforward answer from Cleartrip. Was this information helpful? | |
