Cleartrip — Ticket cancelled ,Fund not yet credited | |||||
Sir Its reminder that we booked two tickets through cleartrip on 8th Nov 2016 and cancelled on 27th . But the fund sofar not credied in account . So we contact indigo office and they replied fund credited in clear trip account on 3rd Dec 2016. The following are their msg "Thank you for writing to IndiGo. With regards to your mail, we would like to confirm that under your IndiGo PNR/ booking reference L9TD5Z, an amount of INR 10, 036 has been refunded to the concerned travel agency account on 3rd of december 2016. Further, we would like to request you to kindly get in touch with the concerned travel agency to claim refund. Trust this Clarifies.
