Cleartrip — train ticket payment failed but amount debited | |||||
Dear concern, i made a booking for bhopal to tiruchiruppalli on 12th july 2017 at 2:14 am from cleartip. Agent provided me payment link and i made the payment by my visa debit card for the amonut inr 8236 rs/-. However amount was deducted but booking was not made. I called up cleartip 4-5 times and their agent told me that amount would be refunded within 2-3 days. But i checked with bank on 15th july 2017 and been told that cleartip has claimed the amount. This is really frusrating that inspite of taking lot of follwup with cleartip. No amount is refunded. Please help in this case as earliest as possible.
