Dear Sir,

As per the new guidelines dated 07/09/2020 by Supreme Court for refund of the tickets which are cancelled due to COVID-19. I have purchased the tickets for my parents for their trip to Srinagar & Leh, 1 ticket from Mumbai to Srinagar (Spice Jet) and 2nd from Leh to Mumbai (Goair) due to COVID-19 the flights have been cancelled and hence as per the new guidelines you are requested to provide me the full amount as refund at your earliest. The details of the flights and passenger are as follows:-

Date of Travel : 20/06/2020 Mumbai to Srinagar.

Passenger Name : [1] Pramod Shah & [2] Pravina Shah

I have received email from Spice Jet for refund which they have made to "Cleartrip" for Amt Of Rs15640/- on 18 Sep 2020, but till date cleartrip has not send me the refund amount after soo many reminder.

you are requested to provide me refund of both the trips.

Just Read email from Spice jet that they have send the refund of Rs.15640/- on 18 September 2020 to Cleartrip. But still they have not forwarded my refund at my end. Attached herewith is the confirmation of mail from spice jet which i have received yesterday.
