Cleartrip — Unauthorized deduction of 8995 on 19th may 2025 despite earlier refund

I booked a flight via ClearTrip on 30th April 2025, which was later cancelled. I received a refund of ₹8995 on 13th May 2025. However, the same amount was again deducted from my account on 19th May 2025 without any trip or booking from my side.

I raised the concern with ClearTrip and shared the transaction number: ST251400084000011005710. However, their support team claims that there is no record of a transaction on my account on that date, even though I have attached my bank statement clearly showing the deduction.

This is a serious issue o[censored]nauthorized transaction, and I request strict action and immediate refund of the deducted amount. All supporting documents, including the bank statement, have been provided.
