Cleartrip — Wrong dates reserved for my flights | |||||
My trip number isTrip ID : [protected] My PRN number isK7WLQZ Name: Vanna Vakharia I booked my flights from Mumbai to Goa and return on 8th October 2015 for Wednesday 21st October returning on Sunday 25th October 2015. When I received my confirmation I received email saying my flight is reserved for 25th October and coming back on 28th October. I travel frequently through international airlines and always book my flights online. I totally understand the technicality of checking everything before paying which I did with this transaction. I spent nearly two hours on the phone with cleartrip customer service agents to help me sort out the issue. They were very unhelpful and did not want to listen. I called them and requested to cancel my flights within within 5 minutes of the booking and they said I did not have any cooling off period to withdraw my transection. On the other hand SpiceJet customer service agents were very polite but were not able to sort out my issue. I paid Rs 16209:oo and only received Rs 2262 from ClearTrip. I understand there was a genuine error on the website entering the wrong dates. I also believe that I have a right for a full refund. I would really appreciate if I can get some support to resolve this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||
