Cleartrip — wrong timing provided on goair ticket hence I missed the flight

The incident took place on 4th november, Actually i have booked ticket on ClearTrip and they provided me flight timing as at 23:05 on 4th november 2019 but before 4th November GoAir changed timing of the flight to 19:35 4th November.
This I came to know after I visited to airport to for my awful journey. Before this I didn't get any notification from ClearTrip or from GoAir. Even now I can see the same timing 23:05 of the flight on ClearTrip App. No Email, no call nothing from Cleartrip. Then They shifted me on another flight of 10:30 on 5th November 2019 and they charged me 3250 INR for same which is illegal as per there policy.
I have also complaint about same for GoAir. I have wasted my valuable time and Money both. Time, I cant get back but I wanted my money back either from GoAir or ClearTrip. There were many people facing the same issue with GoAir since last month as per the counter person of GoAir. Please make sure this should not happen with honest and poor people. Please help us. I assume a strict action would be taken against it. I am attaching tickets and ClearTrip App screenshot.
