Step 1 : first you will receive a call from london (United kingdom) number starts with +44 and a lady named kate william with uk accent will get your details.

Step 2 : she will send you an email stating thanks for your time and it was great telephony experience and will ask for documents like resume, passport copy, higher education certificates, employment details and photograph for next processing and if everything goes well then get an interview call from their side like that.

Step 3 : after a week she will call you for the telephonic interview and you can guess that it's fake by their questions and response. Before disconnecting she will say like telephonic rounds are done and hereafter process will be in email.

Step 4 : again a week later you will receive your offer letter and to be frank i never ever seen an offer letter like that in my life. They will state like everything will be taken care by them apart from documentation and medical and for that indian agency will contact us.

Step 5 : biggest joke is without accepting even my offer, indian agency mailed me for the visa process. Finally they will end up by saying some stories like a person will come and pick up you for the formalities and drop you at your place but before that you need to pay online 9900 rupees. For medical 5000rs and rest 4400rs.

In total 3 weeks process 2 emails and 2 telephonic interview to make you feel that they are genuine but we can find out it's fake by doing some research. My friends helped me actually to prove it's fake. They have created a website for both the companies which is a fake one. Don't ever pay any money without knowing about the company by just doing google also make a consumer complaint to alert others. These companies are not in linkedin, also not much consumer complaints so far very few and not in glassdoor. Not much details about these companies.
