[Resolved]  Clickindia Infomedia — customer complaint-unethical behavior & scam-lies - request for refund

A person named satish-mbl num -[protected] from clickindia website-response id #15636758 an employee he informed to my sister will promise to get an admission from reputed university with hostel he told me before admission will charge me 5000rs later the 1.45 lpa including the hostel fee then he told first to deposit via cdm 5000rs later 45k /45k and 35k as without complete payment he cant process the admission, now i tried somehow to process the cash in to the account he gave on name sachin, axis bank, acnt no-[protected] with ifsc code-utib0000126, lajpat nagar. Now after the payment of 1.2lakhs now he is saying i dint sent to him i sent to sachin he commented, its the account dat fraud guy gave me and now he is blaming me that i transferred a wrong account every time when transaction done he use to update amount received payment now he is not answering my call neither not replying to whatsapp. I trusted des clickindia website and chosen the add as its a verified add but dint expected such fraudulent and cheating the customers. A customer when they choose a product should have a trust able and delight experience through out the journey not one time visit with bad experience and negative communication about the product nor service. As i trusted through your website as a verified number we got cheated and i need the refund or else i will go the national consumer complaint form & india consumer complaints forum and i will be updating my worst experience in all social websites and i will ensure to get a heavy penalty for cheating the customer do the needful and refund my money at any cost
