Clicknshop — I have paid Rs. 820 through online towards purchase of Nisson cool camera, but product not yet delivered

I am sreekanth Cherukuri and working in private organisation. Once I had received a call from Clicknshop company, they are offering product @14% on MRP as new introduction offer. they call so many times to pay the amount and I have paid according to their mail that is Rs.820 through online which bank details are provided by them. I have the bank details and contact numbers, but now they are not responding by mail and when I am trying to call to their mobile phone, they are not reachable. Please take this complaint very seriously, no other person will not loose like me.
