12 th May 2025 at 6.35 am departue timeFlight no INDIGO GE-11 from IGI new Delhi Airport to Istambul.
Flight delayed but No any autherised proper information provided, even after repeated enquires at Gate 8 repeated all with no information.
No music, No screen, No entertainment & particularly No water bottle, NO MEAL except served small meal after 4 hrs of Flight of 8 hrs long flight to destination.
NOT even SOORY for all poor or no services
Requested once for one cup of TEA which was refused by airhostess at 1.30 hrs earlier to landing .the response from her was : Flight to be landed so all services Stopped.
In comparision: Turkey Airways, as connecting flight to ORD searved food, water bottle etc & even last meal was 1 hrs before landing for comparion.
Compalint aimed for compensation to us

Hi

Everytime in Clinico diagnostic center at Bhandup west accepts only cash... everytime same answer that card machine not working

Patient not necessarily every time has cash in hand or account atleast through credit card can take credit of one month.

What is a patient supposed to do in case of emergency. There are no USG services nearby here ! How are we supposed to rely on these people !

Hello,

We called for a home visit by clinico for collecting the blood sample of patient. He was called in the morning around 8am for before fasting sample, on 27th March 2021, in Mulund East.

He was struggling to find the vein and after multiple attempts, finally managed to get the vein inserted. However, this caused severe blackness on the spot and also swelling of the area. Blood even spilled out during the process.

Even after continuously applying ice on the surface, it is still the same. Attached the picture for the same.

This was the second time this incident happened with this person, whose name was Mr Pandey. Requesting strict action to be taken as the least thing we expect is to have skilled people being employed for collection of such samples and such irresponsible incidents are not repeated going forward.

The group of ladies are so unprofessional and very rude I had asked for home visit blood tests to be done and they said they will come at 5pm. But nobody showed up at 5 I called them to check The lady on the phone says That was the different staff you spoke to in the morning so I am not aware of this appointment.
I swear where is the coordination ?? The technicians are unprofessional too they do not even know to draw blood. He had to ### twice to do that and it was very painful.

Mulund East Centre Next to Axis Bank should definitely improve or they should get shut.

I had called clinico guys for blood test for covid patient at my residence for which they had said that visit charge will be 500/- considering risk involved and ppe kit use of technician. When said technician came home for sample he didn't wear ppe kit and said it is not required.
I have 2 questions:
1. He is traveling at my covid patients residence so ppe kit is required since he is putting patient and their families life in danger
2. If ppe kit is not worn then why 500 charges wherein no other lab is charging so much for home visit.

This was discussed at their mulund west office as well for which answer was mask and gloves are enough. Infact he had not worn n95 mask and gloves used were same since morning. I felt very unsafe about all these things.

Airoli sector 6 clinico does not have professional staff. They ask each other whether you will # blood and even they are confused where is nerves.

They are so uneducated # they even not asked me to remove my 9 month babies bangles and they squeezed his hands and the blood clot is still visible even after a week on my babies hand.

So mental people they #ed twice.

Pld dont visit here. They are here only to make money. Staff gives you wrong advice. They will test you don't fact for a test for which fasting is required. They use used equipment and clothes on you. Not hyginic. Just want to mint money.

I had been to Clinico Diagnostic Centre, Mulund East, Mumbai -80 for taikng the X ray . The apron provided was a used one and dirty . I asked for the fresh apron and was told that they dont provide separate apron to each patient as its required to be used only for 2 minutes . Then I asked them , why the same were not replaced by a fresh one in the morning as I was the first patient at 8.30 am . I was told that they wash the same only once in a week . In a summer heat of Mumbai when whole mumbai is sweating like anything , how come one reputed , big centre can provide same apron to all patients ? Why cannot they follow basic hygenic rules while charging exobirant (180/-) fees. Else , they should tell patients to bring their own gown......
