Birth certificate document submission issue

HI,

I want to raise complaint against surya hospital pune. because MRD department not submitted my document to PCMC till now, i have summitted form in hospital during discharge also filled the form in thergaon hospital . but haven't received the birth certificate till now....

refund of money

Patient was discharge on 12/02/2018 still refund was not (Surya take advance of 10% if payment through tpa), they claim that refund will be done in 45days, till today waiting for payment., almost 10 reminder still waiting for my money.

Again when payment is done directly by card without tpa, still surya charged extra amount and not refund my money even after so many reminder...

newborn unit

Not to comp-lain, but to thank god for referring me to sooriya hospital newborn unit. After 13 years of marriage, had a baby at just 6 months, 650g only, tiny, tiny, tiny. Looking at my baby was a horrible experience, i now say as a mother; not what i thought. Baby was rushed from velachery to sooriya in amn ambulance as i suddenly delivered half way through the pregnancy.

killed my baby

Soon after delivery my baby was taken to sooriya hospital for surgery. Evryday they gave false hope and information that baby is recovering. Even on the day before my baby went to heaven they told baby is recovering but my baby was no more. The bill came to 5.5 lacs.
One of the worst hospitals i have ever come across. No proper facilities and very dirty. Infrastructure is very bad and treatment is also worst.
Bill was too high....

Worst hospital

Worst hospital i ever seen, They utilize the situation

After announcement of new RS 500 and RS 1000 most of the shops and merchants are not buying that money. But in central government says to accept 500 and 1000 in hospitals petrol stations.
But the situation goes as in petrol station they are not giving the change instead of that people need to put petrol for 500 RS .

dr sooriyakala

do not go to sooriya hospital dr sooriyakala for delivery. Her claims of yoga, fair trial of normal delivery are only marketing tactics. She attracts patients by this novel method of marketing - to show they are different from others. They charge for normal delivery the same high fee as Cesarean.

She and her asst Dr Dwarak apply forceps and try difficult normal deliveries, to keep up the image, even if this means suffering...

DISGUSTED WITH LABOR WARD SERVICES AT SOORIYA HOSPITAL

Went to Soorya Hospital, Vadapalni for delivery. Doctors, mainly Dr Soorya kept talking of yoga, how only she conducts normal delivery, all others do cesarean etc. We were cheated by this like everyone else. Only her assistant Dr Mathangi is competent and patient, the others are not like that. Nursing only ok, ward boy and ayah ask money.
