I have placed an order for a ready to dispatch product. Under the product, it is mentioned that product will be shipped in 2-3 days. But in the shipping policy they have mentioned that for ready to dispatch products, it takes 3 to 7 days. It has been 14 days already, but the product is not dispatched. When I contacted them regarding the same, they are unable to provide me the status of it. Instead I received irrelevant replies to the mail or lame answers like 'you will receive the product once dispatched'. Was this information helpful? |
