I ordered a dress its been four months but still didnt received my order so asked for cancellation they cancelled but with no refund of money i am not ordering again i just need my money

Closet hues is a scam. They take one month cor delivery and if you ask them to cancel in the processing stage also they won’t. Fradu website with no help from customer support
Their delivery is really pre historic at least compared to today’s times. And finally the dress I received was really tacky and cheap material with a horrible fit. These celebs mostly wear these clothes with a lot of lights and make up hence they look nice but actually their quality is pathetic. All cheap clothes, they are selling for a premium price.
Closethues took advance payment and showed the stock availability, later cancelled my order and are refusing to refund the money. They have forcefully issued a credit voucher as there website policy says that no refunds can be initiated but i do not like any other products on there website and I do not wish to buy anything from such frauds.

No kind of service..bad quality product and we are supposed to keep whatever ### you send us. I am not happy with the product. And it is not even Customized. With the policy like this..you take the payment before and then send just anything..and we are supposed to accept it..even if we don't like it.
