Scammer alsrt ! Please dont buy anything from closethues.dont get carried away by their attractive webpage and instagram page.they take all the money and send confirmation almost immediately.post which their are no replies, no items delivery, no refund policy.in short what ever you pay is gone....

I ordered 3 articles from this company Worth
Rupees 5647, out of which i received two articles, i returned 1 of them and asked for credit voucher. Now im not received any response from their end its been 40 days and Still 1 article is not delivered.
I am incurring loss of rupees 3748....

I have placed an order for a ready to dispatch product. Under the product, it is mentioned that product will be shipped in 2-3 days. But in the shipping policy they have mentioned that for ready to dispatch products, it takes 3 to 7 days. It has been 14 days already, but the product is not dispatched. When I contacted them regarding the same, they are unable to provide me the status of it. Instead I received irrelevant replies to the mail...

They took advance payment and showed the stock availability, later cancelled my order and are refusing to refund the money. They have forcefully issued a credit voucher as there website policy says that no refunds can be initiated but i do not like any other products on there website and I do not wish to buy anything from such frauds.
They dont even have a customer care number . Nobody from there company is ready to talk over phone...

This company has an instagram account in the name of closet hues and they deal with clothing . Since early july they took payment of the dress and didnt even send it saying their warehouse production is closed . Upon asking for a refund they told me to order a dress or skirt that is ready for dispatch and when i chose one again a dress they said they will have to verify with the warehouse about the availability. They are clearly not willing...
