Clothesmart — we have not yet received or ordered product

We have ordered a saree of price 399. We have paid our amount through card they also received our payment. Still we have not yet received our product. We need a solution about this complaint. Please help us to receive our amount.

We must have a resolution for our product. Please refund our amount. We need a reply with in one week.
