Clothesmart — refund

Just now i got from your side saying that my order has been cancelled and my money will be refunded. But for the refunding process i have approve 9999 amount from my google pay... What is this fishing thing and i don't understand you my order is cancelled and that also when i raise the compliant you people has saying to me that it was cancelled..
