Clothing Heart — a dress

Hello there,
My name is nehan sulthana. I've ordered a dress from clothing heart worth rs 799
And have received it 2 weeks before. But the quality of the dress is very bad that i wanna return it.in addition to that, it has red marks all over it. My mom and i have already sent them a mail regarding this and they have refused to reply.
Also, their website still shows the delivery status as ' pending'. I'm attaching the pictures and screenshots regarding the order along with the mail.
Hope you guys will take the necessary action.
