I that ordered an orange american silk gown and received an cheap quality chudi dar, i also have mailed u guys yo solve my issues but thn i think it not been taking serious and also u guys have provided a wrong phone number. This is not fare cause it looks like you guys are cheating public so better i[censored] send my right product or provide me my refund...

The dress i received is totally different from what i ordered. The color and the quality is unacceptable and very very poor. I want my money back. Please consider this as high priority and help me get my money. Clothing heart is very cheating people. The people who said facebook about this is fake.

I have received the wrong product. The product was ordered on 5th jan 2020. And was received on 8th jan 2020. I ordered a floral frock from your site but received a kurti instead. I wanted to return the product as soon as i saw it. The number given on site is switched off!
I would like an immediately response email.
This is an irresponsible act for a company....

I had ordered three garments online against order number '[protected]'from 'clothingheart' site. But the garments i received were not the ones which has been orders and also the quality was also not good. I tried to contact them on number [protected] shown on their website and also mailed them about my complaint on 'query. [protected]@gmail.com to return the garment and either deliver the one i had ordered or refund the bill amount.

But now in the return policy on giving my order number and email address it is showing order details as pending. Totally a fake information. I ordered a sky blue printed western dress (Product: sky blue dp01, order no :[protected] of size xl on 3.12.19. Instead i received sea green printed western dress of size s on 6.12.19. L sent email on that day only to the company for return of the wrong product and refund of my money but didn't get any reply till date. Please look into the matter and solve the problem as soon as possible....

I had order blue dress in your clothing hearts.com on 24 th september but that order cannot be confirmed.. No message no calls about that product then how would you deliver the product and then you delilveres the wrong...

Have orderd 1 dress and there was no response for more than my emails and the contact number provided is not valid its always switched off and the order received was totally different and very very poor meterial also incorrect product received and rather than contacting and return option there is no other option and if we contact to the number it is not a correct number.. Fake site

I have orders 4 frock out of which 3 are of medium size and 1 of xl but i have received all 4items of small size. Kindly send someone to pick up the dresses and return back the money.
This is completely wrong as i have clearly select the size of the same.
What is the use of this small size dresses.
Very disappointing and also customer complaint number is showing switch off there is no person whom we can contact and also...

The product delivered by clothing heart is a wrong product... It's pattern is completely different from the image shown in the website... 😣😈 and it has a very poor quality too... 😈 i want to return my product but the company is not showing any interest in returning the product... I have received my products yesterday which is totally different from the product i ordered. The order i received is of very poor quality and it is not seems to be good enough to wear. Also the flare mentioned in the product description is very short. It is very disappointing.
Now i want to return the product and refund of my money.

I ordered american crape on 19th of sep but i have not received what i ordered. This is the worst online site i have ever seen. I have ordered from this site for the first time. Please send your guy to replace it immediately and see what i have ordered from the pic attached and what you delivered it to me. Replace it immediately otherwise i will take this matter to the top authorities.

I have received very poor quality product, which is faded already and completely different from display. There is no return policy, status remained in pending state and customer care number is switched off, even i didn't get any response to the mails.

This isn't fare if no reply within short span we wanna go for to complain about the website. Website seems like fake one....
