Clothing Heart — delivery of wrong useless product

Respected sir,
I had ordered a dress from clothingheart which was full sleeve and crepe material. I had opted for cod and i successfully paid the amount. After opening the product, i came to know it was a low quality cotton dress that too without sleeves. I tried to contact the site for return of the product but the number provided on the site is incorrect. Then i emailed them, but, as expected, the email was unanswered. I want refund of my money. I don't know if anybody will even read the complain, but still i tried my best to portrait the situation i faced. Atleast if there is any law and any trustworthy lawmaker, the site should be banned to prevent further scams. Thank you.
