Clothing Heart — dress purchase is faulty and different product

Dress which i ordered is totally different and very cheap quality. But the rate was very high. I want to return it back but their email ids are fake. I want my money back rs. 799. Website us very fake. It shows very attractive product send emails and after order if we want to return it back there is no reply and email ids are not working. Plz take immediate action and i want my money back.
