I had ordered three producs onilne from clothing heart website on 4th dec, 2018 on cash on delivery basis (My order id is :[protected]. Order is delivered to me on 7th dec, 2018 via xpress bees courier service (Tracking id:[protected] and i made the payment as well.
Later, i checked the product but it was different from which i ordered. I sent mail to the email id which is present on website (Query. [protected]@gmail.com) and also i tried to contact them on the number which is also there on website (+[protected] but it was continuously getting not reachable. We also searched online for alternative number and contact them (The number was [protected]). When we asked them to refund our money they asked us to provide our debit card number which we did not provide as it seems to be fraud as no one asked for debit card number to transfer money. The person on call also told us that their mumbai head office is in bandra but did not provide us complete address and just hung the phone. He also used abusive word on call.
