Clothing Heart — fraud site bad product and no reply

I have ordered a dress on 2nd sept 2018 from clothing heart and they delivered it on 5th sept 2018.

However, the product is extremely bad and i paid cash 800 inr. Now, i am trying to reach them through phone or email continuously but no response.

I want my money back as i am buying online from several years but i have never experienced such fraud site.

Its my request to ban such fake and fraud sites as they sponsor their sites on fb and lure people. The quality of dress displayed on site is far different from what they have delivered.

I am in delhi and cant commute to surat to ask for my money.

I am sending all details! Please take necessary action and get my hard money back. Moreover, such kind of people and sites must be banned with immediate affect. And need to be fined for fooling innocent people.
