I have ordered sky blue western dress on 19 january 2019 of rs.799

This totally different material and design which shown in picture i want to return this and want my refund but there is no an option of return and reach them and contact number which given in website is not working pls contact us. They are cheating people. Dress which got so cheap quality. I am trublling to return this and get back my money but they did not provide current contact information on the website. This is a fraud website pls take strict action against clothingheart. They showing fake dress image on the website and delivering cheap worse quality dresses and not providevalid contact details. Collection dress which was looking stunning on the website and what i received is totally different from the described project on the website. Its like waste of money. The other wondering thing is they don't have any valid proper contact details provide either on website or facebook page. And when i tried to reach on the page of clothingheart through facebook when i input my complaint on comments box they removed my comments there i warned other people who asking about to buy these dresses. And they blocked me from the page. Tjey are not responding my emails its showing adress not found i feels is a fraud company without customer support. Requesting you to return my money and take back your dirty product... Pls help me. And take action. They making fool by fake advertising they traping people. Was this information helpful? |
