Clothing Heart — green and lemon dress

I had ordered a lemon and green dress costing rs 799 by seeing a pic on the profile but when the product reached me it was totally different. The fabric was pathetic and of low quality with no similarity as shown in the pic.
When i tried to complaint or return the product the contact number given on the website is contonuosly switched off.
There is no other alternate no. Also on which we can file a complaint and ask for return and refund.
I am highly disappointed and feeling cheated by this company. Please help in getting my valuable money back.
