Clothing Heart — no return policy

I ordered a white kurti. It got delivered after 4 days. The kurti is totally different from the one which was shown in the picture. I tried to return the product. But the product is still showing in pending to deliver state. They have mentioned in their website about the return policy. But the return option is nowhere found. The phone no provided is switched off for the past 2 days. I have sent a mail to their customer service, but no reply yet.
Such a fake and fraud company.
They just take our money and provide us with pathetic clothes. No customer support also.
It's my humble request to everyone to kindly not order anything from this fraud website and share this everywhere so that no one becomes a victim of these fraudsters.
