Clothing Heart — order not placed and not even getting money refund

I ordered Lemon Green printed Western Dress on 3rd July 2018 from Clothing Heart online shopping website and
I was not confirm whether the order is placed successfully or not because at the time of payment processing error occurred in the page but money(719/-) was deducted so i thought that is placed but It is still not delivered to the place I gave as delivery address and (i[censored]navailability of any information or in case of other issue)money was also not refunded to me. The same thing happened today also(14th july 2018). I again ordered same dress by thinking order might not been placed properly but today also money(719/-) is deducted but at the time of payment processing error occurred on the payment page and didn't receive any confirmation message about order.I am sent mail them, but they are not responding and when I am calling them they are not picking up the call. I want my money back please help me out for this issue.
