Clothing Heart — payment has been done but no revert from the company

Order id[protected]. I had ordered 3 dresses costing rs 1510. I ordered on 3rd september. The site shows status that it's still processing. But there is no further update. Meanwhile i messaged them regarding this. There is no revert at all even if they have seen the messages. I think they are frauds. As i also came across people who have complained the same. Many people are complainug that the site doesn't deliver after accepting the payment and if they deliver they send cheap and damaged products with no return policy. I came to know about this site on facebook.
