Clothing Heart — poor quality dress

I ordered a dress material on oct 22 2018 and it was delivered on 29 oct. The product which was delivered was exactly different from its display and the description of that dress.
I got a dress, it's color, style and the material which was different from their explaining. I really want to refund my cash.
