Clothing Heart — poor quality material delivered

I have order clothing materials from twincefab.com. My order no.[protected]. Paid rs.799/- in cod. But i received a poor quality material worth rs. 200/- and couldn't reach you through any way. No replies for msgs. I have ordered for a western dress in georgette material but i received a nighty in a cheap quality. I want a replacement material as which i ordered. Reply soon

I have ordered a product on Oct 13, 2018 and still its showing processing. They not responding. Numbers they have provided is not reachable or not valid. There is no cancellation option either. Please resolve my issue a soon as possible,
