Delivered package doesn't match with the product that i ordered. The product is completely different from what it is shown in the site. After paying also, the status is not changed.. It's still showing pending. And the product is of smaller size. I want to replace the product but the option is not there for return or replace package. I tried to contact with the customer care number but it's always busy and they don't reply your texts also. I'm too unsatisfied with their services. Though they delivered it within 1week but there is no option for replacing the product. Can anyone help me??
