Clothing Heart — product not match with the photograph shown on site | |||||
I ordered a dress from online shopping site. Received the order on 23/01/19. But when the parcel opened it was observed that the dress was different than that shown in photograph. As per product return policy we have to apply for return within 7 days. But on the site order is till showing as pending. Hence, I could not apply for return the dress. Company clothing heart not responding to the mail sent on 24, 25/01/19. Was this information helpful? | |||||

The product was not same as shown in the picture.. also there is no response from the given phone number. Very and satisfied and worried. Have to return this order. But there is no response for my mail. Fraudulent website. Don't buy.
