Clothing Heart — product quality is not as expected

Hi, i have ordered a dress in clothing heart and the quality of the product is not worth for money and also it's totally looks different from you showed in website. And material quality is very bad and transparent. I want to return the product and want refund for the order i placed. I tried contacting the customer care number provided in the website and it's always switched off. I have sent a mail couple of times and there is no response. Pls do the needful to initiate my return and get refund.
