Clothing Heart — product quality is not good

Hi I have received the lemongreen dress on June 19 . The product material is totally not good and damaged too. Kindly take return of it and return the money back. Size of the product is also too small . Customer care number is switched off. Kindly do favour to take return of the product and return back the money I have paid. I have sent mail about it to the company but no response.
