Clothing Heart — refund the money

Dear clothing heart i want to return the dress i ordered. Neither the dress is properly stitched nor upto the mentioned quality. Even the email id of yours seems to be fake as the mails i'm sending are not able to be delivered. There is no return option mentioned on your website. Kindly look forward to my complaint asap and refund my money. This type of fraud will not be tolerated. Take appropriate measure and refund my money. Else there are more ways. The complaint will be filed on consumer protection against it.
