I ordered a western dress from clothing heart on 16th april i received the below msg (Order received : we have received your order for : light pink color fancy western collection dress with order id[protected] amounting to rs 629.30. You can expect delivery by 4-5 days) after that i didn't receive any msg and not able to track. I tried calling them to this number [protected] but no respond. I never saw this kind of issues in my online shopping life. It's totally disgusting experience. They should be arrested for cheating ppl.

Order number[protected]. I ordered 2 kurtis but received a different set which I did not order. They are not reachable so couldn't return or exchange. Mails are also not being responded by them. Looking to sue them online
