My name is archana singh. I have booked a maxi dress which is worth rupees 799/- only few days before. I wanted to contact you regarding this but your number is not reachable. And also i have tried to mail you regarding the returning process.
I have a complaint regarding the fabric of the dress. As per in the description column it was mentioned like
Fabric: pure georgette,
Inner :cotton silk
But it is not as i expected. I thought it would be good fabric but i got so worst fabric of the dress. It was the first time i have ordered from your website. If this kind of situation will be arise then how your company will be successful... You will lose all your customers by doing this.
I just have to say that i didn't like the dress.
So i want to cancel my order because the fabric of the dress is not good at all. Kindly please take it back and refund my money back as soon as possible.
