Hi dear,
I have ordered light pink01 on 16 june 2019, order number:[protected], delivery address:-w-100/1, lane no-6, anupam garden, sainik farms, new delhi, -110030.
Received order on 19 june 2019 at 8:30 pm. Mode of payment cod. Paid 800 rs. Cash.

The problem with the product is it's totally different from the image as well the description.
Size is not fitting.

Here i m sending the images of the item which i have received as well as the image which i have ordered from your site.

I don't want that please arrange for the return pick-up of the item and refund the 800 rs in my account.
I was trying to contact on the number [protected] that is switch off since morning.

Please do the needful asap.

I have ordered the long gown but the quality of the dress is not at all good and size material are very bad quality. I need to refund the amount. As done cash on delivery

I ordered a dress from clothing heart but the material was not good it was totally different from the dress that was shown. I called the delivery agent but he was always switched off . I complained many times but they were not bothering.
