I received the item yesterday and i was completely taken a back with the products that i have received. Its the worst products and i would like to return the products and request you to refund my money. I am sending series of mails and i am trying to contact the team, support team, phone number from yesterday regarding the refund of the product but no one is responding. I am completely disappointed. There is no option to place a refund/return option in the website. Kindly resolve this asap and initiate my return and refund request. I am indeed unhappy with the order i have placed. Not at all worth the money. Though it was expensive i ordered as the catalogue was more fancy and in reality it's not the way it was shown. Poor quality and i am unhappy. I would like to return the products that i have ordered for. Please let me know the procedures and also let me know how are you going to refund my money. Was this information helpful? | |||||
