Clothing Heart — sub standard product and no response

I ordered a dress throught he website which stated georgette as the material and good finish, however when i recieved the parcel and made the payment, i saw the product was not of georgette and even the stitch is not proper. It's not wearable dress. Trying to contact them for return and refund so mailed. Them. Which returned saying this mail id does not exist. Tried calling them and it say the number is busy for hrs together. It seems to be a fake company. Please resolve
