Clothing Heart — there is response after delivery of product for return

I bought a dress and recived after three days by using cash on delivery method. But the dress is not as same as seen on their facebook page. Product quality is also not good enough. So i want to return that dress. I call many times but they do not receive call and give no responce. I mail for return that dress as per their policy but they do not give any reply of my mail. They do not receive my call. They even block my number as well as bolck my facebook page. So that i do not comment on their page.
