I received my dress on 4th january 2018, with order id[protected], with product code 1004 from www.clothingheart.com...I have ordered off white floral printed western collection dress and i have paid about 899 inr...
But the issue is i have received blue fish printed dress, so unethical... And when i mailed to query. [protected]@gmail.com there is no response till now, and even they have live chat option with the, but they doesnot respond on it and always show queue positon 1, on the chat.
Even i have posted on their facebook page regarding the complaint, but the other day i have seen post missing...
Later on i have commented on one of the post regarding the complaint but same as usual the comments were deleted from the posts...\
I request refund from the company and also to take necessary steps, so that they never cheat other customers...
