I ordered a White T Shirt Kurti from Clothing Heart on 20th of April. The message i received was that i will receive it in 4-5 days but i am yet to get a shipped notification. It still says processing. I have already paid for this product online.
When will i receive my order? I would like an answer.
Your number is always busy or not reachable. I am still waiting for my order. It has been more than 10 days since my order. Where is my order? If not available could my money be refunded immediately. We order and pay online trusting that we will receive the product or receive an update but so far nothing. Is this how your website cheat people? You have a number which is useless. I have been calling everyday with no luck. Please respond to this mail. I have added my order screenshot as well.
