I have booked the said product (Order No:[protected] on dt. 03/11/2012 and as per the condition the product should have been delivered in my registered address within 4-5 days.But I have not been got the product yet (as on 23/11/2012).I already talked to Customer Care 4 times,even that there is no any positive results.So,can you please give the justification that,what is the problem? and what should be the action next?
