Warren — packages being opened and items being stolen by postal rep

Hello,
my son is in Kerala, India studying.
Every time we send a package there are items missing by the time my son receives it.
This is getting out of control!!!
Items stolen are:
~ candy (really??? they are stealing candy that I am sending to my son?? They either steal it all or they open the package and take most of it)
~ boxes of crackers (again....you have to be kidding?? stealing "goldfish" crackers?)
~ headphones
~ electronic cleaning cloth
~ toothbrushes
~ small toys
~ sharpie markers
~ cash

I AM OUTRAGED!! I SEND SMALL CARE PACKAGES TO MY SON WHOM IS HALF WAY AROUND THE WORLD FROM MEAND THE POSTAL SERVICE HAS NO REGULATIONS?? THEY CAN JUST DO WHATEVER THEY WANT??
I CAN'T TRUST THE POSTAL SERVICE?? IS THERE NO RESPECT FOR OTHER PEOPLE'S PROPERTY??
ARE YOU GOING TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS??
