Warren — garbage being dumped in oshiwara

There has been garbage being dumped for year at oshiwara outside the hp petrol pump, near tarapore towers. This is so unhygienic and nobody has been doing anything about it for years. Due to the garbage there are hundreds of rats all over the place. Where is the swaach bharat here? Someone needs to get something done here as this situation is really horrible. There is a puc guy that sits there, the poor chap is suffering and when i spoke to him he said that he couldn’t help doing this job as he is very needy or would have quit long back. It’s high time someone takes action.
