Clothingheart.com — quality not good return dress

I have ordered a dress for rs.899 from www.clothingheart.com on 21st jan 2018.I just received an order confirmation to my gmail after the order was placed and no other communications after that. There is no customer care number given in the website . I tried calling them but its saying invalid number. Also sent reminder mails but they are not replying. Today when i am opening their website, it is down. Seems to be a fraud website to me. Please look into the matter at the earliest...
